AON collects salmon by-product from the entire Cook Inlet sector and the Turnagain Arm Fjord. AZ performed the design of a complete plant with capacity to process 6 [ton/hr] of wild salmon by-products obtaining as final products fishmeal for animal consumption and salmon head oil for human consumption.
